Why is Business T-Shirt Club rebranding to Branded Apparel Club?

Business T-Shirt Club has come along way from its humble beginnings as a small screen printing company. We now offer a wide range of products and services to our members that expand beyond screen printing but are still closely related to apparel decoration such as embroidery, print on demand, graphic design, educational courses, brand/merch consulting and much more. Long story short, Branded Apparel Club is a more fitting name for the company we have evolved into today! 

How does this change affect my Business T-Shirt Club membership?

If you are an active Business T-Shirt Club member, your membership will not be impacted by this change. Simply log in to your Business T-Shirt Club account as normal to access your benefits and services. On your upcoming membership renewal date, your Business T-Shirt Club account will be switched over to a standard Branded Apparel Club membership upon successful processing of your annual membership dues. Account and login details to your Branded Apparel Club account will be emailed to the email address on file. If you would like to upgrade your membership to a premium level Branded Apparel Club membership on or before your membership renewal date, submit a ticket to request a membership upgrade. 

Do Business T-Shirt Club members need to complete a new membership application to become Branded Apparel Club members?

No. Business T-Shirt Club members do not need to complete a new application to become Branded Apparel Club members. On your upcoming membership renewal date, your Business T-Shirt Club account will automatically be switched over to a standard Branded Apparel Club membership upon successful processing of your annual membership dues. Account and login details to your Branded Apparel Club account will be emailed to the email address on file. If you would like to upgrade your membership to a premium level Branded Apparel Club membership on or before your upcoming membership renewal date, submit a ticket to request a membership upgrade. 

Will there be additional charges to my Business T-Shirt Club account due to this change?

No. Your Business T-Shirt Club account will not incur any additional charges. 

When will my Business T-Shirt Club account be switched over to Branded Apparel Club?

On your upcoming membership renewal date, your Business T-Shirt Club account will be switched over to a standard Branded Apparel Club membership. Account and login details to your Branded Apparel Club account will be emailed to the email address on file. If you would like to upgrade your membership to a premium level Branded Apparel Club membership on or before your membership renewal date, submit a ticket to request a membership upgrade. 

What will happen to current and/or previous orders?

Your current orders placed on your Business T-Shirt Club account will be processed and produced as normal. Previous order data history on your Business T-Shirt Account will not be visible inside your Branded Apparel Club account but will be stored in our internal database. If you would like a copy of past orders history, submit a ticket to request this information.
